Insert an image of a bird and using pen tool draw a shape to convert it into a shilouette.

Create a few duplicates and place them randomly. You can scale and rotate to create variation.

Select brush tool.

Use any spatter look brush to add abstract effect on the background. Apply this brush stroke on a new layer.

Take a leaf image as shown below.

From Layer Palette click "Create new fill or Adjustment layer" and select Hue/Saturation.

Apply settings as shown below.

Create various duplicates. Scale and rotate a few leaves to create variation.

Select brush tool.

Take grass shape brush.

Create a new layer and apply with black color.

Similarly create a new layer and apply the brush with green color.

Add an image of pond water.

Change layer mode to multiply and play around with opacity to reach the desired subtle water effect.

Select custom shape too. From presets shapes use Registration Target 2 shape.

Draw it by pressing shift so that it creates a circular shape.

Create a circular selection using elliptical marquee tool. Press Shift+Ctrl+I to invert the selection.

Right click the layer in layer palette and rasterize. Press delete to remove the area under selection.

From filter menu select Filter>>Blur>>Radial Blur.

Apply settings as shown below.

Type the DVD title using a nice font.

Apply some outer glow to the title text.
