Vector look city wallpaper

In this tutorial we will create a modern vector look city wallpaper. The output is shown below.

Create a new document. Fill the background layer with a solid sky blue color.

Using custom shape tool choose "registration target 2" from the preset shape menu at the top bar.

Create a new layer and draw the shape as shown below. Press shift while creating this shape so that it's in a circular shape rather than being an elliptical one.

Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.

From filter menu se microphone lect Blur>>Gaussian Blur.

Apply settings as shown below.

Take a silhouette image of the city and place it on top of all the layers. If such an image is not available you can always use pen tool to create a shape in shape mode and create a few rectangles and shapes that look like a city scene as shown below.

Using custom shape tool draw a "airplane" shape from the preset shapes.

Again using custom shape tool choose bulls eye shape from the preset shapes and draw it in various sizes to create a very creative sketch look smoke coming out of the industry.
