| Airplane reflection in side view mirror of a car |

In this tutorial we will simulate reflection of an airplane in the side view mirror of a car using simple techniques like clipping mask etc.
Start by taking an image of an airplane.
Using pen tool in path mode create outline of the airplane.
Press Ctrl+Enter to convert the path into a selection. Double click the layer to unflatten it. Press Delete to remove the background.
Take n image where the side view mirror of a car is in focus. Drag the airplane cutout to the car file.
In the plane image we used, rear wheels are half cur. We created these wheels using pen tool in shape mode.
Turn off the airplane layer's visibility.
Again using pen tool in path mode create a path in the side view mirror as shown below. This is the rea that will be used a s a mask for the airplane. Press Ctrl+Enter to convert the path into selection.
Press Shift+Ctrl+J to cut paste the selection in a new layer.
Turn on the visibiity for the airplane layer.
Press Ctrl_Alt+G to create a clipping mask.
The airplane will be visible under the confines of the side view mirror. As simple as that. This technique can be used to create a host of effects in photoshop where one thing is suppposed to be viewed from the other objects area.
