In this tutorial we will create a nice and creative effect on the edges of an image.
Start by opening any image you want to work on. Double click the layer to unflatten it. Create a new layer and fill with any solid or gradient color. Move this below the image layer so that it serves the purpose of a background layer.
Ctrl+Click the image layer to get its selection.
Press Q to enable quick mask.
Goto filter>>filter gallary>>glass and apply setting as shown.
Again press Q to disable quick mask mode.
The filter we applied above will show result as a selection over the image.
Press Shift+Ctrl+I to inverse the selection and press delete.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
