In the tutorial, we will create a wallpaper on Christian theme. Below is the output.

Create a new document we use the size below.

Double click the background  layer to open layer style window and apply settings as shown.

Create a new layer and fill it with black colour.

From Filter menu select Blur >> Gaussian Blur.

Apply settings a sshown below.

Repeat lens flare filter onece again with different position for the flare center.

From filter menu select Stylize >> Wind.

Apply settings as shown below.

From filter menu select Sketch>> Bas Relief. Apply settings as shown below.

From filter menu select Sharpen>> Unsharp Mask.

Apply setings as shown below.
